Before our team went on holiday break, Hoist hosted our second All Associates Lunch to celebrate the year’s accomplishments as well as the upcoming holiday season. Our entire team was treated to a catered lunch in our facility, where they participated in some holiday trivia as well as a gift card raffle. Sticking to the theme, associates were invited to participate in an Ugly Sweater Contest, where one winner was crowned with a medal and a gift card for their festive gear.

These catered lunches are a great way to not only reward our team’s hard work, but it also serves as an excellent way to get to know one another better. All of our team members were once again able to sit together and get to know other associates they may not interact with on a daily basis. With four different lunchrooms throughout our two facilities, associates don’t get to see everyone day to day. We have had one of our best years to date, so taking the time to pause and reflect on all of the great work done by our entire team was the perfect end to the year.
