The LCH Series (Loaded Container Handlers) are based on the same durable foundation as the popular P-Series pneumatic line, but also has a history dating back to the 1920s. Established in 1918, Brooklyn, New York-based Silent Hoist & Crane manufactured a variety of heavy duty material handling equipment including forklifts, platform trucks, mobile cranes, container handlers and winches. From the early 1920s and the beginning of modern day containerization in the 1960s, Silent Hoist & Crane was at the forefront of container handling equipment in the United States. Hoist Liftruck has spent the past eight years redeveloping the container handling equipment and now are poised to re-establish its presence in this market.
